Q. What frustrates you about the traditional new car buying process?
A: I dislike dealing with the dealership, trying to haggle over the price, being forced to take extra options I don't want, and dealing with incentivized employees.
Q. How did you decide it was time for a new car?
A: My current car was about five years old and I wanted a more upright driving position in my new car. I did some online research and ultimately decided on the Mazda CX-5 because it offered a good combination of technology, fuel-economy and price.
