Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: I actually didn't want a new car—I had to turn in my VW Passat diesel due to the emissions scandal, but I loved the car.
Q. How did you decide on the Volkswagen Passat?
A: It was pretty easy—I loved the Passat and it still met my needs and preferences in a car better than any other car out there.

A: I'd used them to buy my previous Passat and had a great experience.

A: The ease of asking for what I wanted and hearing back shortly afterward with the options—without having to deal with a high-pressure dealership salesperson. Also, both sales representatives at Cartelligent that I've worked with were very pleasant and extremely helpful when any questions came up or the process hit a snag. Of course, the prices are a huge bonus.

A: Maybe just that it was equally great the second time.
