Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: I am on a pretty regular 3 year lease cycle so it was simply calendar time for a new car.
Q. How did you decide on the Mazda CX-9?
A: I did a lot of research and spoke to my agent, Hilary, several times about my choice. Watched a lot of videos, read reviews and then went on test drives.
Q. Why did you decide to use Cartelligent?
A: I've used Cartelligent twice before to lease cars and it was simple, fast and painless which is in stark contrast to buying a car on my own.
Q. What did you like best about working with Cartelligent?
A: Being able to go into a dealership for a test drive and talk about THE CAR and not THE DEAL was the best thing. I could ask the questions I wanted to ask, look at the cars I wanted to look at and know that I could just leave afterwards. I didn't need to be handed off, interrogated or abused by the dealership. Oh, and the prices I received from Hilary made me feel like I got the best possible deal.
Q. What surprised you about the Cartelligent car buying experience?
A: The speed and efficiency of it.
Q. What would you tell a friend about us?
A: You have to be crazy to do this without Cartelligent. Until the auto industry changes their practices, and I don't see that happening soon, Cartelligent is simply the best, most efficient and most cost-effective way to buy a car. Makes the process fun and satisfying as compared to doing it on your own. They take all the bad parts out of the process and just leave the good stuff for you!
