Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: My Prius was approaching 100K miles, I decided that it made sense to trade it in while it still had value.
Q. How did you decide on the Honda CR-V?
A: I did quite a bit of research online. I looked at Consumer Reports, US News & World Report, etc.
Q. Why did you decide to use Cartelligent?
A: I had decided on the Honda CR-V so I visited a local dealer to take it for a test drive. It was the usual runaround and I was sucked into thinking I was going to get a great deal "today!". After sitting around for hours for no apparent reason, we were escorted into the finance office to complete the paperwork. Quickly, we found out that the agreed upon price was $5k more on paper. We walked out and I called Cartelligent right away to proceed.
