Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: I wanted to take advantage of all the new technology available, and I also needed a bigger vehicle for my dogs; an Irish Wolfhound and a Labrador retriever.
Q. How did you decide on the Chrysler Pacifica?
A: It had the features I was looking for and the space I needed at a reasonable price.

A: After trying to get pricing from four dealers I realized the dealers were using the programs from Chrysler, the treatment of sales tax and my possible trade in to increase their profit at my expense. Q. What did you like best about working with Cartelligent?
A: My Cartelligent agent, Jules, found a car that matched my minimum requirements and offered it at a price that was about $4,000 less than the dealers I was trying to work with. In addition, it had about $2,000 or extras that for me were "free: since they were included in the price and not priced as extras. I also liked that I could do everything using email, the Cartelligent website, and automated forms and apps.
Q. What surprised you about the Cartelligent car buying experience?
A: How easy it was and how honest and straightforward everyone was. It was like hiring my own car-buying expert who was working for me, not the dealer. And the biggest surprise was my trade-in. I decided to sell my 2009 Jeep with 40K miles myself since all the dealers were using it to confuse and complicate their "deals". After I had completed the Cartelligent process I mentioned the Jeep and my rep asked me to fill out the trade-in form and app to see if it made sense. I did it and ended up selling my trade-in to Cartelligent for $2,100 more than I could get anywhere else.
