Q. What frustrates you about the traditional new car buying process?
A: I've never actually purchased a new vehicle from the dealership before. I knew I wanted straight-forward advice that I couldn't get from a dealershop about whether I should lease or buy and whether a new or used car would work best for me.
Q. How did you decide on the Honda CR-V?
A: My wife really liked the look and size of the CR-V. Our Cartelligent agent, Benjie, suggested some other cars for us to look at and compare, but ultimately we decided the CR-V was right for us.

A: Coming in to pick up the car was very surprising. I was expecting it to feel more like a car dealership. Instead it felt much more like a business office. It was warm and roomy and much less bureaucratic than I thought it would be.

A: I've already told serveral people: if you're looking for a new car, you definitely have to talk to these guys first.
