Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: husband and I were happy with out 2000 Subaru Outback which only had 56,000 miles on it. After he passed away, I felt that I needed the safety features available on a new car to drive freeways by myself.

Q. How did you choose the Volkswagen Golf SportWagen?
A: I did a lot of online research. Once I had my choices narrowed, I went to four car dealers to try them on for size (I'm only 5'2" and need to be able to see out windows on all sides and have power driver's seat). I finally got to VW after looking online and found what I needed.
Q. What did you like best about working with Cartelligent?
A: I was satisfied with the price Cartelligent came back with even after I had looked into AARP and Costco buying programs. And it was wonderful not having to go back to the dealer and haggle over the price (I was paying cash). The car was delivered to my home and all papers were signed in the hatchback. My trade-in was taken, then returned after I decided to sell it using another channel.

A: I had just never known about such a service until my advisor, then my daughter, told about it.
