Client Experience: Matt U, Kentfield
Kentfield resident, Matt, was one of Cartelligent's original clients back when we opened in 2000. Since then he's come back several times. Naturally, when the lease was up on his BMW, he gave us a call to help him lease a new Porsche Panamera.
Q. What frustrates you about the traditional new car buying process?
A: I'm in sales myself so I understand the process, but I still hate the time, effort and frustration of driving to multiple dealerships and haggling over the price.
Q. How did you decide on the Porsche Panamera?
A: I just fell in love with the aesthetics of the car. The lines are simply beautiful.
