Former Salesforce developer and father of three, Paul Nakada, was looking to update his current Prius with a new model. As a returning client, he knew that Cartelligent would save him time and money and make his car-buying experience stress-free.
Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: Our trusty 2007 Toyota Prius has served us well but after seven years and 100,000 miles hauling three kids and trunkloads of flowers and garden vegetables, it was time to get a new start. We don't pamper our cars, we really use them, so when it's time to get a new one, we've gotten our money's worth.
Q. How did you choose the Toyota Prius?
A: We love our Toyota Prius so it was just a matter of using the Toyota web site configuration tool to pick the model and trim level. Probably took all of 10 minutes, mostly looking at colors.
Q. Why did you decide to use Cartelligent?
A: I've used Cartelligent in the past when purchasing our 2007 Prius and a 2014 Honda CRV. Buying cars is not something that I enjoy, so going with Cartelligent was a "no-brainer."
Q. What did you like best about working with Cartelligent?
A: I love that I can just give a detailed description of the car I want and, in a few days, have a potential fit. Most of the time an exact fit, but sometimes there are color/trim differences if the exact vehicle is not available. I also like that I can be in and out of the Cartelligent office in under 30 minutes, leaving with a new car.
Q. What surprised you the most about the Cartelligent car buying experience?
A: I amazed at how easy it is. I've literally ordered a car while on a golf course, and had a potential car offer two days later. Thirty minutes in the office for a total time of buying under 45 minutes. That's surprising!
Q. What would you tell a friend about us?
A: I'd say that if you know what you want, it's almost like ordering a car from the manufacturer. They'll find the car, deal with the dealer, and deliver you the car in an amazing painless way.
