Q. What frustrates you about the traditional car buying process?
A: For me, the worst part of the traditional process is the psychological trauma that comes from dealing with human beings whose main motivation is to get as much money out of you as possible. Obviously, not all car sales people fit this stereotype, but I’ve had to deal with a number who do in the past.

Q. What did you like best about working with Cartelligent?

A: I was surprised by the ease of the transaction. I just talked with my agent, Aaron, exchanged information, and the next thing I knew he called to let me know there was a new Ford F-150 waiting for me. I spent about 15 minutes signing papers and then drove off in my new car.
