San Francisco resident, Shannon was looking for a new car after her previous vehicle was stolen. On a friend's recommendation, she gave us a call to help her save time and money on her new car.
Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: My very old but reliable Honda was stolen and when it was recovered the repairs that were needed cost more than the car was worth.
Q. How did you decide on the Honda HR-V?
A: I've always liked Hondas and my dad had seen the HR-V at a car show and thought it would be perfect for me. I went to test drive one and loved it.
Q. Why did you decide to use Cartelligent?
A: After a few horrible experiences with very high-pressure car dealerships, I finally got so frustrated that I didn't want to deal with them at all. Cartelligent was recommended to me so I decided to give it a try.

A: How friendly Justin, my sales rep, was. I was also surprised (and delighted) that someone sat in the new car with me and walked me through all the features and even helped me set up my phone to sync with the car's Bluetooth.
Q. What would you tell a friend about us?
A: I've already told a bunch of people what a great experience it was purchasing the car through Cartelligent, I'll never purchase another vehicle direct from a dealer again!
