Moraga resident, Winnie, was ready to upgrade to a new Volvo. After learning about Cartelligent from a friend, she gave us a call to help locate the car she wanted at a great price.
Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: Our two cars were 10 and 13 years old, and although they were both low mileage (137,000 and 117,000 respectively) and in perfect working order mechanically, I wanted to have some of the safety features available in the newer models.
Q. How did you decide on the Volvo XC90?
A: I had always driven Volvos while raising my family, so I looked at other cars with an open mind, but decided to simply replace my 2004 Volvo XC90 with the newer model.
Q. Why did you decide to use Cartelligent?
A: At the Volvo dealer I found the model I liked and saw the color I wanted, but the combination was not available at that location. I asked the salesman if he could check with other dealerships to find the right car in stock and his reply was that they did not do that.
Q. What did you like best about working with Cartelligent?
A: It was the easiest purchase of a car I had ever experienced! I had a friend who had purchased two cars through Hilary Brophy, a lady who grew up in our town, and he recommended I call her. Within about 24 hours she had located the car and arranged to have it brought by truck from Southern California to Danville for pick-up.
Q. What surprised you about the Cartelligent car buying experience?
A: For the first time that I can ever recall I was provided a breakdown feature by feature of the dealer cost and the manufacturer's suggested retail price on the car I was buying, then given further discounts, including one as I have a Costco membership.
Q. What would you tell a friend about us?
A: It is absolutely the best way to buy a new car.
